They don't speak English or Dutch. I couldn't pay with Mastercard. The reception desk is inefficient. It took a lot of time. However, the receptionist was friendly and did her best.

Easy booking, ideal welcome, peaceful stay. The concept and management of this hotel deserve more.

Cozy appartments within 10 minutes walk from the European District for affordable prices. I just cannot recommend ordering the breakfast - it is better to buy something on your own.

The room is big and clean nevertheless the garbage was not empty. I found litters of the previous guest. The room is not fully equipt - the iron is missing. As well some annoying damages like shower holder or bathtube cork.. then forget about nice and relaxing bath. The breakfast is not recommendable. It is better to organize it on your own.

A very pleasant stay with quality furnishings and excellent bedding. The hotel is well located, however, a few improvements are needed. We struggled for an hour in the cold with young children before someone came to reception. The compensation offered by the receptionist was refused by the manager. The premises were clean and very spacious. Regarding the bathroom, for a 4-star hotel, we would have preferred individual soap portions rather than pre-opened products. Cooking equipment is provided. The parking is expensive at €15 per day for what it is, and it should be lit at night. Breakfast is also expensive at €15, even for a child; it's too much. Nevertheless, we were satisfied with our stay.
