A very centrally located hotel with its own parking garage (30 euros per night), from where all the sights of this beautiful city are within walking distance. Our room (No. 235) was large and practically furnished, except for the lack of a wardrobe. There was limited storage space in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The hotel is highly recommended.
The staff is amazing. We were greeted by Sarra, who speaks excellent Spanish. She was very kind and helpful. It's a pleasure to find such well-prepared, professional, and resourceful people. The hotel is very centrally located, beautiful, comfortable, clean, and pleasant. I highly recommend it as the best option for staying in Ghent.

Perfect days in Ghent. A very nice hotel right on the pedestrian zone, very pleasant staff, the room was clean with good mattresses, and there's a hotel parking garage, but be aware that your vehicle must be registered with lez.stad.gent (low-emission zone). Don't drive directly to the hotel, but use the parking garage (address: Onderstraat), otherwise you risk hefty fines, as the street is in a car-free zone – check beforehand! The air conditioning worked very well despite outside temperatures exceeding 30 degrees Celsius. The attached bar (restaurant) is nicely decorated, the menu is clear, and the food is tasty.
