Absolutely delightful stay. We visited the hotel for a conference, and more than all our needs were met. Very kind staff and beautiful clean rooms! Can only recommend!

A very stylish and modern hotel right in the center of Ghent. The lobby and room interiors feel elegant and cozy, with warm lighting, a very comfortable bed, and plenty of pillows. Room 407 was spacious, quiet, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The shower had an excellent water system and was very convenient to use. The breakfast deserves a special mention. Honestly, it was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had while traveling around Europe. A large selection of fresh and truly sweet fruits, fresh juices, plenty of desserts, and the option to order egg dishes separately. Everything looked fresh and high quality. The hotel also offers convenient parking for 30 euros. Our room with breakfast cost around 205 euros, and overall we were very happy with the stay. A couple of small downsides: the door latch occasionally got stuck, so the door would not close properly until it was adjusted by hand. We also noticed a stain on one of the towels. Other than that, this is a very pleasant and stylish hotel that we would happily return to.

Nice hotel, friendly welcome. Everything is provided and the breakfast is excellent! The rooms are clean, but the technical service still needs to come by.

The room was modern with a good bed. The check-in service was okay, but not particularly attentive. However, there was a constant, loud humming noise (room 234) reminiscent of a ship's diesel engine on a car ferry. It was only bearable with earplugs, which we thankfully always carry with us. The location and parking are fantastic. Ghent, at least over the Pentecost weekend, was a party zone for young people indulging in masses of fast food. It was difficult to appreciate these beautiful buildings in conjunction with this clientele. Rather, it was extremely loud and superficial. Completely inappropriate considering the historical city. But of course, that has nothing to do with the hotel.

Had a lovely experience and stay at the nh. Very convenient location. Staff and service were impeccable and the rooms very comfortable. Would return at the first opportunity and easily recommend.
