Avoid this hotel at all costs! We found a bedbug and had to leave the hotel at 2:00 AM, so we didn't even spend a single night there. No compensation was offered whatsoever, except perhaps "it's a light ant and we'll offer you another room," even though I booked one of the largest rooms. Honestly, who would want to stay in the same hotel after finding that pest? Avoid this place!
Rooms are clean and spacious. I read other comments about door locks. We took some time to understand the locking system, but overall - a good stay
I was scared after reading all the negative reviews about the hotel... But in the end, I was very pleasantly surprised because when you come to spend a night in this hotel, you obviously don't expect to sleep in a luxury hotel given the price 😊 However, the staff were very welcoming and available to answer your questions, and being quite meticulous, I wasn't shocked by any lack of hygiene. I even got my coffee in the morning even though I hadn't booked breakfast! And the neighborhood is quiet and much less scary than I would have thought 😊 I recommend it for its convenience when you need to spend a night in Liège 👍
Great hotel, very decent price, comfortable rooms and helpful personnel. Recommend it.
No response on emails. No reservation possible due to their own technical issues in their own homepage. Assume the hotel is closed or doesn’t care about business so should shut down or hire other people.
