I am really disappointed with the customer service. I sent an email to make a reservation, arrived, and there was no reservation.

What's up with your reviews? It's like 50 people all bitching about the same "incident". Too messy, not going to chance it. 5 Stars just because the sun's out and I feel good.

Horrible experience with hotel. Room doors don’t lock, staff is very irresponsible and unresponsive, had to look for another hotel at midnight and no refund was given.

Oh my god, what a terrible hotel! Nobody speaks French, it's incredibly noisy, and forget about having a TV...damn, I should have checked the reviews first 😱 118 euros down the drain

Absolutely unpleasant! And shameful! If I could give zero stars, I would! I called to reserve a room from Friday, January 9th to Sunday, January 11th. The receptionist who answered the phone told me to wait a few minutes. I waited on hold for half an hour and still no one answered, even though I could hear them speaking another language! Avoid this hotel at all costs. Unfortunately for them, I understood the language and realized they were laughing at me and the person who came to speak to them face to face. Never go there.

WORST HOTEL IN THE LIÈGE REGION! NO HUMANITY, NO RESPECT! THIEVES! DISHONEST! What a disgrace this hotel is! They kick people out even though they've already paid for two nights' stays. At midnight, two teenagers were thrown out even though they had paid for their rooms and had already slept there for two nights. The young people hadn't caused any trouble or anything. When you try to find a solution, the manager doesn't even look at you and is incredibly condescending. She refuses to refund the money. It's a disgrace and a violation of human rights. I should mention that there was a storm and extreme cold warning in Liège.

Shame on you for putting young people out in the dark! And they're young, and everything's paid for! 😡😡🤬🤬🤬 Never go to this hotel, I absolutely do not recommend it!

Don't book at this hotel, they're thieves. We paid for the room and they wouldn't let the young people in. It's shameful. And on top of that, they refused to refund the room. Just thieves.
