I went with my partner last Sunday night for a drink and it was nice. It was pretty empty (Sunday evening...), but the waitress was lovely, the few people in there were very friendly, and prices were good. I'll go back next time I'm in Tallinn!
The place hosts nice parties sometimes but they have serious issues with security. They don't have any bouncers. So when last night I got physically attacked by some inebriated guy, the DJ pulled him out for a bit. But then in 5 mins he was back and the staff kept selling him alcohol like if nothing ever happened. Also I know several girls who got harassed there. Not safe, use for your own risk with a possibility to ruin your night.
Waiting 30 minutes for a drink in a half-empty bar is quite an achievement. The bartenders seemed more interested in chatting with customers than serving the queue that had formed at the bar. The Aperol Spritz arrived in a beer glass, and the beer was roughly 50% foam. The whole experience felt like the venue’s first day of operation, which is especially impressive on Pride weekend.
Super friendly staff and local customers. The bar is very big and has a nice terrace outside and pool table upstairs.
