The hotel is new, and the rooms are nice with tasteful decor! Perhaps a bit more storage space would be a plus. The breakfast is very good and offers a good variety of sweet and savory options. The only downside is its proximity to the railway tracks, so it's noisy, but fortunately, for a night or two, it's perfectly acceptable! The neighborhood is pleasant, with "L'Atelier des Citernes" and its shops for food and drinks.

Sturdy built in bunks with light, power and curtain. Useful kitchen. Rooftop terrace looks like a great common area but it was cold & wet when I was there. Quite a modern hostel

A modern hostel. Capsule-type rooms with curtained-off sleeping areas, entrance only at the end (meaning you have to crawl in), and doors with electronic locks that knock just like other rooms. There's a private kitchen on each floor, and you can wave to passersby from the toilet. There's a rooftop bar with a view.

Not clean, no honesty, key not received before 4 PM. Disappointed, disappointed 😞

Bad experience. We booked a room for eight and were given two rooms with strangers. When we asked for our room, neither was available. We had to leave and go home. The receptionist (who had only been there for three days) had no one to refer us to. I do not recommend this hotel.

Excellent hostel! Very cute, in a quiet and beautiful location surrounded by a few restaurants, pharmacy, an eco store, nearby laundromat. In very close proximity to boulangeries, small grocer, tonnes of restaurants and cafes near the train station (which is very handy). Buses are just a few minutes away to easily get around the centre. The staff were helpful, but one particular young lady who worked of a Sunday evening during my stay, thank you for being so friendly and sweet!! Rooms were cosy and plenty of privacy but I don't think it's ideal for someone who is claustrophobic as you feel enclosed. Bathroom/ toilet facilities were great, clean. One of the showers I used has mould in the ceiling which should be looked into. The kitchen facilities were great. The mess left was from other hostel stayers which were very dirty so not the fault of the hotel. The facilities were cleaned daily and they had large lockers which was excellent. I would stay here again if I came back to Bordeaux 👌🏻

The hotel is well located, close to the center, nicely decorated, and the breakfast is excellent. The real drawback is the accessibility. It's regrettable that a hotel of this standard isn't directly accessible by car. A secure public parking lot is available a few minutes' walk away, but it's not the hotel's private parking. Furthermore, the package offered by the hotel only includes one entry/exit: if you take your car back during your stay and want to return, you'll have to pay the additional fees. No clear directions are provided before arrival. As a result, we spent over 30 minutes driving around trying to find the hotel. We had to stop in a one-way bus lane to ask at reception where to leave our luggage. The response was that there's no designated area and we have to go directly to the parking lot. This is particularly inconvenient when traveling with luggage, children, or people with reduced mobility. It would be really helpful if arrival emails clearly outlined the procedure, for example: “Go directly to the Met Park parking garage, take a ticket, park near the Les Citernes pedestrian entrance, and then walk to the hotel.” This would save guests a lot of unnecessary stress. As for the room, it was quite well laid out. However, the television, advertised as “smart,” didn’t work properly: it was impossible to connect any devices, which is disappointing given the advertised amenities.

Really nice hotel for a short stay near the train station and direct connection to airport. There is a real cool rooftop. A gem!

The room was a bit small with not enough storage! But the decor was great, it was quiet with a lovely view! Close to two bus lines and about ten minutes from St. Jean train station. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially the young woman who checked us in. Breakfast offered a good selection in a lovely, inviting room. The rooftop terrace has an exceptional view of the city. The communal kitchen is well-equipped with two refrigerators, two microwaves, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, and a stovetop. There are plenty of cupboards for storing our food. It's a shame that not everyone respects the place! Everyone should wash their own dishes and leave them clean; it's not the staff's or the cleaning staff's responsibility!
