I discovered this place twice and I absolutely loved it! The young gentleman is adorable and cute, it's a great place for guys to hang out. I loved meeting nice guys and flirting, haha, in the jacuzzi. I love the atmosphere, I'll definitely be back, I really enjoyed it!
I've been a customer at this establishment for several years and have always appreciated the place, the atmosphere, and the service. Unfortunately, my recent experience left me feeling deeply uneasy. During my last visit, a waiter addressed me as "Mamadou" in front of other customers, which is obviously not my name. Perhaps it was meant to be humorous, but I found it inappropriate and disrespectful. Being called by a name that isn't yours, in a familiar tone, and in front of everyone is not an appropriate way to treat a customer. I also feel that some waiters sometimes take too many liberties with customers, as if they were close friends. Friendliness is one thing, but there's a line between being friendly and being disrespectful. Mocking remarks or imposed nicknames only amuse those who make them and can make other customers uncomfortable. It's all the more regrettable because I genuinely appreciate this establishment and have been coming here for years. I simply hope that management will remind its staff of the importance of professionalism and respect for every customer. A poorly timed joke can quickly ruin an otherwise very pleasant experience. 😘
The towels aren't washed at a high enough temperature to kill bacteria; once damp, they smell terrible. From now on, on my next visit, I'll bring my own towel to dry myself.
Visited on a Thursday afternoon, it's a very clean and warm place, the clientele is friendly, and the bartender was particularly lovely! Thank you, Ludovic!

We loved our stay at Sauna Les Bains. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always available to help new guests. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi. We will gladly return very soon. Thank you for this wonderful establishment.
Very disappointed: this place desperately needs a major overhaul. It's nice to look clean in the bar and on the terraces with clean cushions, but the sanitary facilities are worn out (especially the showers), there's a lack of maintenance (moss on the window frames), and there's a bad smell in the hammam, the rooftop jacuzzi water isn't heated… not to mention the treacherous stairs throughout the establishment.
