I was somewhat surprised and shocked to see hotel staff enter my room (while I was out) before my scheduled 12:00 PM checkout (confirmed by the receptionist) to clean the room and take my belongings down to reception. Given the price of the room, I think it's reasonable to expect a minimum of respect and not have strangers entering my room and gathering my things in my absence.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The welcome was perfect and our Superior room met all our criteria: comfortable, clean, quiet, and well-equipped. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly, always smiling and truly attentive. However, I struggle to justify its four-star rating. It's not particularly well located, rather far from the center and isolated from everything, with no restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The hotel services are quite basic, including a tiny breakfast room, even if the buffet is decent. There's no evening service, the jacuzzi was out of order, and the air conditioning in the room didn't work. The value for money is average.

Excellent stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. All the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant and allows for a truly relaxing stay. I would like to give a special mention to Valentin, the reception concierge. His welcome was simply exceptional. Always smiling, attentive, available, and very kind, he greatly contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. His professionalism and dedication to service deserve to be highlighted. Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience. We will gladly return and recommend this hotel without hesitation. One small suggestion, however: please get rid of those single beds that you push together to give the impression of a double bed. They separate and slide to opposite sides of the room during the night, making it practically impossible for two people to sleep comfortably. This is truly the only negative point of our stay.

I think the hotel is good if you get a good price. Despite being on the island, it has good transport links to the train station and the city center. It's also not too far if you want to walk.
