על המקום הזה DEMAIN Hôtel & Conciergerie

DEMAIN Hôtel & Conciergerie is a small boutique hotel at 9 Rue Maréchal de Lattre de Tassigny in central Nantes. It is a gay-friendly mainstream hotel, not a gay venue. The concierge side of the business is the point of difference: staff help with restaurant bookings and local plans. It rates 4.6 from about 360 reviews. The Château des Ducs de Bretagne, the Bouffay old quarter and the city's bars are all within walking distance, and the Île de Nantes, home to Les Machines, is across the Loire by tram or on foot. Nantes has a modest LGBTQ+ bar scene centred on the Bouffay and Graslin areas.

I recently stayed at the Demain Hotel and had a very positive experience. If you are looking for a base that puts you in the heart of the city, this is an excellent choice. The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Nantes on foot. You can easily navigate the entire city by simply following the famous "Green Line" , which is very convenient. When you’re ready to head home, it is just a 10-minute walk to the tram station, which offers connection to Nantes Airport. Additionally, you are just a 5-minute stroll from several amazing restaurants and cafes, making it very easy to find a great meal. It is worth noting that, as many other reviews have mentioned, the rooms are quite compact. This is perfectly fine for a couple on a city break, but if you are traveling as a family, you may want to consider other options with more space. Overall, I would highly recommend the Demain Hotel. The location is unbeatable, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. It is a fantastic spot for anyone prioritizing convenience and service over expansive room size.

A very pleasant experience at this well-located hotel. The breakfast isn't extravagant, but the products are good. The family room is perfect for children. It doesn't feel cramped, and the cabin bed concept is appealing. The bedding is firm, which is a matter of personal preference; you either like it or you don't ☺️.
