My train to Nantes was cancelled, so I had to postpone my stay until the next day. The staff were very accommodating and agreed to reschedule it free of charge. The room is very good for the price, and the location is particularly convenient!

Fantastic location, amazing welcome, delicious breakfast (with local products), very comfortable rooms! The staff were incredibly helpful and available to assist me with my directions; they even offer luggage storage! Thank you again! 😋😋

We had a problem with the bathroom door lock, but the staff was very helpful. A staff member came to the room that same night to help and was extremely kind, even with the language barrier. The problem was resolved the next day and the hotel even offered a refund. Excellent customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A small, centrally located hotel that welcomes cyclists (bikes, panniers), quiet and clean, with a very generous breakfast and friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly. After an electrical problem in my room, I was immediately given a new room of a higher standard, free of charge. Breakfast was good and sufficient. The room was clean.

The concept and staff are great. The decor is very tasteful, in a "dopamine decor" style. The hotel is located on the edge of the city center, close to all the main attractions. The staff is professional and attentive to guests. However, the room is tiny. The bed is only a few meters from the shower, separated only by a curtain. Claustrophobes, steer clear.

Stayed at the hotel tomorrow for the Nantes Marathon, perfect in every way, nothing to complain about except being very satisfied, thank you to the staff present that weekend.
