I stayed several nights at this hostel. I had an unexpected problem and politely asked to postpone my reservation by one day, but received no response by email or phone. I asked them to call me back, which they didn't do. As a result, I lost €60 when a simple adjustment on their computer system to postpone my stay would have been enough. I am very disappointed by their lack of consideration. They are losing a loyal customer, as well as my bar patronage, laundry service, and other expenses. Never trust a smile... I almost never write Google reviews, but this one is well deserved!

Incredible staff, friendly, efficient, and attentive, able to handle crisis situations calmly and respectfully. They strive to be of service and help customers as much as possible.

Ideally located near the train station, the bed was comfortable and the dormitory was well laid out

The welcome was excellent; everyone present was relaxed, smiling, and welcoming. The place is very quiet, with a garden right next to the hostel, which is lovely. The rooms, showers, toilets, and restaurant were all very clean. The only slight drawback was that there was no bread on display at breakfast. I called the cooks, but they were busy. The hostel is located 10 minutes from the train station, very convenient for catching a train or going for a walk. I wouldn't hesitate to return if needed. I highly recommend it.
