A very pleasant stay, perfect room, mountain view, the spa was a real treat, efficient and friendly staff, attentive waiters in the restaurant, and a generous buffet. Magnificent excursions: Cirque de Gavernie, Pont d'Espagne, Lourdes, etc. Just one small drawback: the 5 pm arrival time was incredibly long; it would be much easier to check in at 4 pm. Thank you for this wonderful stay.

We had an amazing week's holiday! Compared to back home (Montélimar), the mornings were almost cool, which was so refreshing. There are lots of activities to do in the surrounding area, the scenery is stunning, so if you need to get away from it all, go for it! Special shout-out to the team there, we're thinking of you all! ^^

Do you have a quality manager? After a week with my family, full board, I advise against coming. 1. Rooms - Stifling heat upon arrival, no fan - Outdated furniture (could it have a fresh coat of paint?) - Bed made by the guest despite linens being an extra charge - Cleaning done by the guest (or at an extra cost) - No hand soap - No hairdryer - Room not accessible by elevator, contrary to the advertisement - No valid map to find the room; difficult access - Hard mattress, back pain from the first night - Wi-Fi only in the reception area, not in the rooms, hallways, or restaurant. - Impossible to change towels mid-week... +: - Modern, spacious, and clean bathroom. - Very nice view - Quiet surroundings - River nearby (but noisy at night with windows open) 2. Restaurant - Little explanation of how it works. - No waste sorting (in 2026, this is hard to understand) - No labels on the dishes/salads (also useful in English) - The food is quite industrial; I had similar quality at the university cafeteria for €3.50... - The dining room is far too hot, even at breakfast time - Many pre-prepared salads drowned in sauces... - The food is generally lacking in salt, or there's too much! - Very limited dining hours (1 hour 30 minutes). Service ends at 8:30 pm, which is too early! +: - Option to choose a vegetarian or fish dish - The furniture is very attractive - The salad with black mushrooms and julienned vegetables was very good. And the curry salad - Some dishes are very good (special mention for the lasagna!) - Lots of choices (but some waste) - Allergen chart available… but needs improvement to identify the dishes - Relatively fast service 3. Baby-feeding room: A complete joke! - Just a simple electric hotplate - No microwave - No trash can - No soap - No paper towels - Massage table but no proper changing table - Freezers limited to small freezers, capacity FAR too small for the number of guests. More than 3 cm of frost! Request for intervention at reception 4. Gym Under renovation, therefore inaccessible. It would be good to mention this before booking. 5. Spa A real highlight of the stay, but: - Cold shower water - Lots of insects after the heatwave that stayed all week - A severe lack of sun loungers - Sticky metal bars due to sunscreen 6. The bar This week, the waitress was replaced on Wednesday with the arrival of the former cook. He knows his job and is friendly. With a short adjustment period, I think it will work well for the season. But still too hot. 7. General organization - High staff turnover (12 departures since the beginning of the season???) - Staff often understaffed and insufficiently trained. It would be wise to improve their working conditions and the corresponding pay! 8. General Condition of the Establishment - Very dirty windows, dead butterflies left in the hallway all week, and a ping-pong table covered in moss are evidence of a general lack of building maintenance. - It would be wise to install fans and improve heat management (at the very least, ventilation at night!! Luckily, my father opened the windows when he passed by in the evening...). Conclusion: This establishment has real assets (setting, view, tranquility, spa facilities), but suffers from numerous organizational, maintenance, and service quality issues. With better management, more attention to customers and staff, a greater focus on simple, homemade products, and more rigorous maintenance, the experience could be significantly improved. A big thank you to the receptionist, the servers, and the entertainment staff, especially Andy, for their professionalism. The management's attitude is more than disappointing.

The resort is aging. The corridor leading to the spa is particularly gloomy. But the worst part is the food. If you can get by with very low-quality canned and frozen food, then it's fine, otherwise eating becomes an ordeal. It's clear that "cooked on-site" isn't one of the resort's mantras. Very, very disappointing. However, the room was clean and renovated, as was the bathroom. The spa is the resort's real highlight. We won't be returning.
