A Cuddle Puddle offers a safe and welcoming space for LGBTQ+ men to experience non-sexual touch, promote emotional well-being, and set clear boundaries. The event encourages participants to decide what feels right for them, whether seeking more distance or closeness. Guided by respect and self-awareness, the sessions focus on mutual respect, with an emphasis on consent and individual comfort. Led by Stefan (Steffi) Reck, a mental health first aider and activist, the event aims to foster community, mental health, and connection among participants.
