We booked here for 4 nights, We had a lovely warm welcome. My room was clean and spacious. The room had AC, fridge, Safe, iron & ironing board, kettle with coffee, tea and free bottled water. We did have a small issue but the staff went out their way to fix this and this is why i would stay here again knowing they care about the guests. The hotel is near public transport, shops and the LGBT scene. There is a onsite shop selling limited items but there are shops near by. If you require your room to be made up you need to book it or speak to the staff, I had no issues with this has if i needed more towels i just asked and was given them and i got to have a sleep in with out being woken by house keeping. The hotel is card only which surprised us, I would ask that the hotel maybe consider allowing customers the choice to use cash? We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel.

A credit card is required to book this hotel; otherwise, you'll be charged unnecessarily high prices. When we inquired about an alternative payment method, we were told to opt for the expensive option of cancellation. Therefore, we decided against booking this hotel and booked elsewhere.

A good hotel in a very good location. The staff are friendly, the rooms are small but clean and functional. The small refrigerator and kettle are great. Thankfully, the bed was really comfortable and not too hard. Breakfast was delicious, but at €21, not exactly cheap. However, it's definitely worth it. I would gladly stay here again. It's very quiet when the windows are closed.

We stayed at the property few weeks back, location was fab. Hotel and staff also friendly and helpful. The reason for the rating: 1) There is no phone or any way to contact reception from your room, I am not sure who thought of this but definitely to rethink it. Imagine theres a situation and the guest needs to contact reception are they supposed to call from their personal phones, or do you expect guests to keep going up and down. 2) The AC isnt your traditional AC its more of a cooler.
