My favorite soup in Berlin, since 2011 I am eating here whenever I am in the area

Why only three stars? Eating on a hot stone is a great idea, as are the friendly staff and creative decor. However, when the vegetarian Bim Bap consists largely of iceberg lettuce or cabbage instead of vegetables, I find that unacceptable. You can choose the spiciness level to your liking; I had medium, which was pleasantly spicy for me. Ginger tea in a tea bag? What's that all about?

Very good food, fresh and authentic.

I can only review the Bibim Bab. There are definitely better ones. It's unusual that tofu is served as a pureed topping. Aside from a few sprouts and two leaves of kimchi, it was also rather tasteless and only the extra spicy sauce on top managed to salvage the flavor somewhat. They didn't even serve soy sauce, let alone the small "extra" bowls with pickled delicacies that you usually find. Otherwise, the place has a special "flair," and the staff is friendly.

Beef dishes contain maybe 50 grams of actual beef, which is tough, cold, and disgusting. Considering the prices aren't low, it's really not worth it.

We visited this place for the first time. It’s a self-service restaurant, which was completely fine for us. The boy staff member was very friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately the lady in the kitchen was quite the opposite, which affected the overall experience. An issue we faced was with the menu: tofu is listed as an extra portion, so I asked to add it to my chicken and rice dish and was happy to pay the additional cost. However, my request was refused without a clear explanation, which was disappointing. A few things to note for future visitors: they only accept cash payments no cards, and there are no toilets available on-site. As for the food, it was average and nothing special for Korean standards. The fried chicken, in particular, was very hard and not enjoyable. Overall, this place might work better for delivery rather than dining in, as the experience on-site didn’t really stand out.

An institution, somewhat quirky, but the food is fantastic.

13.50 euros at lunchtime for a soup with just three strips of beef is too much. And as for the spiciness: I usually eat very, very spicy food, but this was too much.

The food was excellent. I had bibimbap with tofu. It was served in an extremely hot stone bowl. The ingredients were quite cool at first, but heated up very quickly in the bowl. After a short time, the rice and cabbage started to brown, releasing wonderful roasted flavors. The spiciness was perfect for me; those who like it extremely spicy might need a bit more. The ambiance is unusual, but if you don't mind the Bible verses on the wall, you can feel quite comfortable here.

It is a self service place and they do not take cards. I do not care for that when the food is good.... But the bibimbap was predominantly kimchi and rice. After a few bites I counted how many stripes of meat they were there and found only 3. Disappointing. Also, the whole place is "decorated' with scripts of the Bible hanging of the walls. Cringe. Leaving a two stars because the young working there had a nice smile.
