A lovely, new hotel. Well-organized, friendly staff. Centrally located.

A successful spontaneous short stay with the family. Room requests were accommodated and the service was friendly and attentive throughout.

One of my favorite boutique hotels in Europe. Central location, superb staff, beautiful building and comfortable and functional rooms. I will return often.

This interior design is a must-see! You feel like royalty on the balconies that extend from the room into the courtyard! It was a wonderful experience!

A large, smartly done, Marriot hotel in a restored old building just within the old town. Pros: Close to a large car park. Decent sized room with coffee maker and (pricey) mini bar. Cons: Dull buffet breakfast in a dull dining room. Dreadful bathroom design. Towel rail above the lavatory so your towel can drop straight in. Door stop positioned to stub your bare toes. Horrible shower which requires a dangerous stretch from a slippery marble floo, over a wide bath edge, into a slippery bath. The very small shower is controlled by manipulating separate cold and hot taps. It is difficult to find a decent temperature, and then it fluctuates as other rooms turn on taps. When will mainland Europe discover thermostatic showers like the rest of the world?

We were there for breakfast/a birthday celebration. The cold cuts, displays, and pastries didn't live up to the 5-star rating. A shame, especially considering the high price.

Had I informed the breakfast staff earlier, I would have been able to get a vegan option. Nevertheless, I would have appreciated a few vegan choices at the regular buffet. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Beautiful hotel, rooms are clean and quiet. The staff is very courteous. The spa has a sauna and steam room, a pool, and relaxation loungers. Breakfast is good, and extras can be ordered. The hotel is in a fantastic location in the old town; everything is within walking distance. Restaurants of all tastes are nearby.

Very nice hotel, very good location, very good breakfast — and above all, very, very friendly staff (the most important thing for a pleasant stay).

We had a wonderful stay. We had originally planned to eat at a restaurant, but then we found such a cozy spot in the courtyard and were served sensational steak tartare... Thank you so much! I hope we can come back soon.
