I think it's good value for money. You'll find everything you'd expect from a hotel room: a bed, shower, toilet, towels, shampoo, and a television. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.

The hotel is terrible, the concierge speaks broken German or English 😳 The room smelled of stale cigarettes, there was no hot water in the bathroom, cockroaches were everywhere, a mouse or rat was rustling in the corner, I just paid money for nothing, we stayed there for 10 minutes, we booked through Booking.com. There are drug addicts all around, there is a brothel opposite, a drunk drug addict came to the reception, screamed and put on concerts there, she was barely kicked out, avoid this place!!!!!!!!

The hotel is located in the heart of Frankfurt am Main's vibrant train station district. It's within walking distance of the main train station and the city center. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The room rates are excellent! The service and staff are very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The streets are lively, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and activities available day and night.

Never choose this hotel for a family! My mother and I and the children literally ran away from this hotel because it was unsafe to stay there. You have a lot of suspicious and aggressive people, the rooms are smoky and dirty. Absolutely not suitable for families with children. Don't risk your safety!

The location was disappointing, as there was a noticeable smell of urine around the hotel. The room and bathroom were not properly cleaned.

Everything terrible about drugs and prostitutes in Frankfurt that's been broadcast on TV... can be heard and heard live at night in this horror hotel... J. Wan could record something here... Or request a script from me... Please shut it down immediately.

€80 for one night in a filthy hotel. We arrived and the reception staff were quite friendly, but the hotel itself was an outrage. Upon entering the room, the smell was unbearable. The roof was completely moldy and had collapsed. The bathroom stank as if someone was decomposing inside. The trash can hadn't been emptied. The shampoo hadn't been changed; it was still from the previous room. The hairdryer was broken. After showering, I went to reception, and all they could tell me was, "We don't have a hairdryer." They hadn't told me about the broken hairdryer beforehand. There were flies everywhere on the floor. There was a joint prosthesis, probably left by the previous guest, in the room. We woke up in the morning and saw a fat cockroach crawling around. I feel like I have lice and will get scabies. Never again! This hotel should be free. Well, at least the bed was freshly made, or maybe not.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. For the lower price, I expected less amenities and dirt, but a low price means a terrible neighborhood. Although the building is just steps from the train station, Frankfurt is known for its large number of homeless people and drug addicts, who have taken up residence on this and several other streets. It's worst on weekends, when people at the hotel throw parties—loud music, alcohol, drugs, and who knows what else. The staff doesn't react or bother to call the police. Used condoms in the hallway are a common sight. I don't recommend it to ANYONE, especially young people. Be careful.

Ok if you need to sleep somewhere at low cost, however hotel is very basic. The floor was not cleaned when I arrived and had a lot of dust on it so minus 1 star.
