Horrible experience. It smelled like mold in the room, the furniture was very old and the staff wasn't very nice. We stayed for 5 days and during the last few days, the cleaning staff that entered our room didn't even look if the garbage should have been taken out, or at least clean the room a bit, they only took our towels and for the last two days we only had one big towel and one small for 2 people.

The hotel isn't new, but it has its own unique charm. It looks a bit like Gaudi's architecture in Barcelona. I liked it. Yes, the parking lot is still under renovation, and some interior details need some work. But the hotel has its own unique style. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was varied. We had a beautiful room.

We can only agree with the previous reviews. The underground parking garage is a large construction site, where machinery and building materials can be found in every corner. The path from the underground parking garage leads through the construction site, where you have to fight your way through dust and debris to reach the reception. The staff was helpful and friendly. To get to our room, we had to walk through unkempt gardens and building facades. The elevator was very strangely taped off, etc. The room was clean, but not what we actually expected, what was advertised, and what we paid the higher price for. The breakfast was okay, but there were also rolls that weren't fresh. Charging €15 for that is pretty cheeky. We probably won't be coming back.

We were looking forward to a romantic evening and an exciting night. Even the booking process left us wondering which room we'd actually get. Several rooms were described, and it all sounded so wonderful... But we were sorely mistaken. We drove into the parking garage, and I immediately thought how cramped and confusing it was. We found a parking spot... now we just had to find the hotel entrance, which we eventually did. The staff at reception were okay; we took the key and then had to go through a courtyard to another building. When I saw the description on the website, I was shocked. The paint was peeling, and the courtyard, the plants, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I unlocked the room, and a strange smell hit me, and disappointment immediately set in. One wall was painted in a kind of Greek-style balcony with clouds, and that was it—the themed room was an outrage. We opened the balcony door only to find ourselves looking out onto a run-down courtyard. As you can see in the pictures, it was awful. Any romance was gone. If you can't even spare a few euros for a bit of fresh paint, you're better off not staying at all. The whole hotel is a disaster. And the AAAA rating is absolutely ridiculous. For €117 we could have had a beautiful room in another hotel. My advice: find another hotel; every euro here is wasted. Unfortunately, I can't upload photos here, but I will do so later.

I was honestly appalled that here in Germany, there are still hotel rooms with furniture from the 1980s. With a corresponding musty smell, masked by various air fresheners. On top of that, the outdoor dining area is completely dilapidated, with construction machinery and materials scattered everywhere, some of them overgrown. The underground parking garage is dilapidated, cramped, confusing, and dilapidated. The breakfast buffet was very lavish, but not particularly high-quality; my roll felt like it was two days old. All in all, I was absolutely appalled by the structural decay of this hotel. Never again!

A somewhat "different" hotel, everything is a bit rambling. You always discover something new.

The staff and cleanliness were very good. However, the facility is completely outdated and very confusing. It's fine for one night. Breakfast was good.
