A lovely, modern hotel. We received a very polite welcome at reception and everything was explained to us clearly. I would definitely stay there again.

The Elaya is located in the city center, not far from the market square. All the sights are easily accessible. The hotel occupies the 2nd to 4th floors. The lobby and hallways have a modern, contemporary feel, while the rooms are more basic. Ours even had a small terrace. The staff are friendly, breakfast is rather simple and self-service, but it didn't lack anything. The coffee is from a machine and might be considered a rip-off by coffee connoisseurs. The beds are exceptionally good, and the bathroom is comfortable. Blackout curtains ensure a good night's sleep. Parking is available nearby in the Höfe am Brühl parking garage for €18 for 24 hours. We found the price reasonable; we paid €111 for a double room with breakfast.

We were there for WGT. We booked a year in advance. Perfect location, clean, friendly staff. Free hot drinks were always available. Despite its central location, the hotel rooms were incredibly quiet. Cozy lobby. A great base for everything in the city center and WGT excursions. We booked again for next year right away. Thank you!

A lovely hotel right in the heart of Leipzig's city center. Everything is very close and within easy walking distance. Perfect for a short city break. Parking is available at the Höfe am Brühl shopping center (€18 per 24 hours), and you can reach the hotel in no time.

I lost my glasses! The receptionist was incredibly patient and helpful! He even personally took me to my room to help me look for them! Although I don't know his name, I'm extremely grateful for his help! He was patient, proactive, and polite throughout. He was probably around 30 years old, with blond hair. I checked in on May 11th and checked out on the 12th. I hope the hotel will recognize this employee.

Super central location: you step out of the hotel and are immediately in the middle of the pedestrian zone, with drugstores, a supermarket, and shops on both sides. Stepping back inside, you find yourself in a quiet, relaxed area. We had a room with a small balcony on the 4th floor. It was very quiet. We found the bed with its split mattress and two separate blankets very comfortable. Breakfast: since a large tour group was staying at the hotel at the same time as us, we preferred to have breakfast after 9:00 a.m. That was perfectly fine. We especially appreciated that, in addition to the complimentary hot drinks, leftover rolls and croissants from breakfast were available throughout the day.

The hotel is very centrally located and the furnishings are really nice. The rooms are spotlessly clean, it's quiet, and has a pleasant atmosphere. However, I have to deduct points for the lack of a good parking solution. I've experienced better parking at other hotels, and it's a bit of a shame that you have to pay €20 for the parking garage (per night). Another big point deduction is for the breakfast. Unfortunately, the quality was very poor, and there were no vegan options, which I find quite common these days, especially with milk. Perhaps you could expand your offerings in this area. Vegan bread alternatives would also be a welcome addition.

Friendly staff, a great location, nice and clean rooms. The only thing that needs improvement is the shower door seal – a finger can fit through it, and therefore a lot of water gets in too.
