National Garden and Zappeion ⚠ לא מאומת המקום שלך?

The National Garden and the Zappeion grounds are a public park beside Parliament, used by families, joggers and tourists. Gay guides have long mentioned cruising here, and Nomadic Boys repeated it in 2026, but no authority has any policy allowing it. We list the park so you know the history, not as a recommendation. Being gay in a park is legal. A sexual act that offends someone else's decency is an offence under Article 353 of the Greek Penal Code, with heavier penalties if a minor is present. Robbery is the likelier risk in quiet parks. Attraxx, 8Downtown and the three men's saunas are the legal options; see our Athens cruising guide.
