The hotel is in a great location, but it doesn't have parking, which is pretty standard in Naples. The rooms are standard, but the superior ones are good. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had a great time and would gladly return.

Excellent hotel

Polite, friendly, and welcoming staff. Quiet location near the historic center and easily accessible from the station. Good room. Unfortunately, due to the lack of a bidet, I won't give it 5 stars, but highly recommended.

The room was old and smelly, with yellow sheets and water that wouldn't come out of the sink. We paid €80 a night and they wouldn't issue us an invoice or receipt, using the excuse of the tourist tax, which we could have easily paid and received an invoice. I don't understand the connection between the two, and I should report it to the NAS and the Finance Police. It's a disgrace. They should shut it down.

Located in the heart of Naples, near the port, the train station, and the Circumvesuviana train station, it's ideal for those who want to get around. The rooms have minimal but new furnishings, and the bathrooms are a bit dated. For the price, it's a good value.

If I could give it a negative star I would. An awful hotel with very very rude employees. When i checked out the morning shift asked me to pay extra fees when I said that I had already paid the via booking where i booked the room i showed him my reservation and that it said that everything was paid and he rudely responded he didn’t care and that I should talk to booking. This was regarding to the customer service. About the room it was spacious but very dirty. The walls had mold and the room was nothing like the pictures. I wouldn’t visit again.

A hotel with much room for improvement. The rooms are spacious and the hotel lobby is new. However, you can hear absolutely everything from the other rooms, so you won't get any rest. The balcony door in our room didn't close properly, so we slept with it open, which added to the noise. There was a very unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom. The location was good for us, as it's a 10-minute walk from the train station. Breakfast, which costs €10, was decent: toast, pastries, fresh juice, etc. In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend it because of the noise in the rooms and the unpleasant smell.
