I stayed at this hotel and had a great time. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is really friendly, especially Mr. Fortunato, who is a truly wonderful person. I recommend it!

Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. I booked a spa suite. Beyond the dilapidated condition of the room, there were flies and chewing gum stuck near the headboard. The room was poorly maintained and dirty. Noises from the adjacent rooms (toilet flushing, doors slamming, and various other noises) and the cleaning staff was playing music at full blast, cleaning the rooms and making a complete mess (all this at 2 a.m.). I reported the issue to the front desk, but they only refunded me part of my money. Not recommended; I will never stay here again.

The spa room is very well equipped and well-maintained. The jacuzzi and Turkish bath are excellent and very clean. Excellent value for money.
