The experience at the Romeo Hotel is simply unforgettable. From the moment you arrive, the welcome is warm, elegant, and truly classy. The spa is another highlight: the estheticians are incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming, making every treatment exceptional. Finally, the breathtaking views perfectly capture the beauty and soul of Naples. The Romeo Hotel represents this amazing city in the most extraordinary way possible.

I have to make an appeal to the owner of the hotel. On May 14, 2026, I had a bad fall and I risked a lot or already serious health problems and disability but to be precise, I rushed to the scene and you didn't have the emergency kit and by law, ok at least I don't have to treat a disappointed passerby.

The entrance is very unique, with pieces of different styles that work very well together. I liked the room, and the room service was prompt. I didn't particularly enjoy breakfast, however, perhaps because there was no buffet or because it wasn't anything exceptional.

One of a kind, it is an absolute quality

Just for one night before our cruise we needed a comfy hotel, near the port. The staff is kind, helpful, the rooms are clean, quiet, and the bed is comfortable. I even got a book from them as a present. The breakfast was made by Alain Ducasse Michlen star chef. The best eggs Benedict's i've ever had. It was a great experience, and i'm so thankful.

As the organizer of a large group from abroad staying at this hotel, I expected a level of professionalism befitting a 5-star establishment. Unfortunately, the reality was quite different. We were greeted by management with rare rudeness: our vehicles were rudely turned away, as if our presence were a nuisance. The drivers, intent on doing their job, were constantly humiliated, moved around, and threatened. It was disheartening to witness such rudeness, indifference, and selfishness from those who should be managing the hospitality industry. We were deeply disappointed by the terrible service provided. If you're looking for professionalism, look elsewhere: this experience barely deserves 2 stars.

I stayed at the Romeo Hotel in Naples for my birthday, and I can say it was a simply wonderful experience. The hotel is elegant, with attention to every detail and a refined atmosphere that makes the stay truly special. But what really makes the difference is the staff: extremely kind, attentive, and professional, always ready to satisfy every need with a smile. The service was impeccable in every way, but what touched me most was the wonderful surprise I received in my room: a birthday cake accompanied by a letter of congratulations from the entire staff. An unexpected gesture that demonstrates truly rare care and attention to the customer. Thank you so much for making my birthday so special. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality experience in Naples.

Simply fantastic, unforgettable days in Naples! A beautiful, modern hotel in a perfect location. The staff is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Breakfast at the Alain Ducasse restaurant is an absolute highlight, culinary excellence at the highest level, accompanied by a spectacular, breathtaking view of Mount Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples. A feast for all the senses. The heated deck pool with multiple massage jets is wonderfully inviting for relaxation. During the day, lovingly prepared treats such as homemade chocolate, panettone, and various pastries are available free of charge – simply wonderful. The rooms are extremely clean, very well-maintained, and equipped with excellent mattresses that ensure a restful sleep. A highly recommended hotel! We had a wonderful time and would love to return. Thank you so much!
