A very nice hotel, small rooms but very clean and very friendly staff

Staying at the Hotel Arena is not merely a journey, but a sensory ascension into the beating heart of imperial Verona. Situated in a commanding central location in the historic center, this residence transcends the concept of "comfort" to achieve an opulence that only we, accustomed to refined palates, can truly decode. The rooms are treasure troves of rare composure, where luxury whispers and modernity bows before history. However, the true jewel of this establishment, the element that elevates a stay from excellent to legendary, is Matteo. I wouldn't call this young man a mere receptionist; he is, in truth, a master of ceremonies from another era, transplanted into the present with an elegance bordering on the outrageous. His skill knows no bounds: he manages every dynamic with an almost supernatural skill, addressing every whim before I can even articulate it. It's his delicacy that leaves one astonished: he moves with an ethereal grace, a sophistication that transforms a check-in into a high-class performance. His aesthetic is a hymn to distinction; there's no doubt that Matteo's elegance is the most valuable calling card of the entire Hotel Arena. In a world populated by clumsy amateurs, his figure stands out for his nobility of spirit and the opulent professionalism that only a select few can embody. Infinite praise therefore goes to the establishment, but my most devoted applause goes to the mastery of this undisputed guardian of Veronese style. If you seek the best, seek him. The rest is just background noise.

Excellent location, strategically located near the city center and just steps from Castelvecchio. The strong point is definitely the reception service. Matteo was immediately super helpful and was able to advise me on how to best spend my visit to the city, making my stay even more enjoyable. A truly great guy with a lot of experience, congratulations!

The room had a pretty bad indoor air quality problem. We slept with the window open all night so that the air would change a little.

Basic but very convenient for visiting Verona. Nicely renovated rooms and adequate rest. Bathrooms are adequate. For breakfast, there's an excellent historic pastry shop right across the street. Just steps from the Castelvecchio Museum. Parking with independent access a few hills away.

The hotel's location is 1.3 km from the train station, close to the old town. The rooms are small, but the cleanliness is good. The lack of breakfast bothered me a bit; it's strange to pay 80 Euros and not have breakfast. I arrived at 9 PM and there was no one at reception. I entered using the door code they sent in their email. After entering, I found my room card in the reception area and took it. I'm thinking of changing hotels. It's suitable for a short stay, but definitely not for a long stay of a week.

The room is well-equipped, even for those with mobility issues. Excellent location. Polite and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Excellent location in the center of Verona, the hotel is set in a courtyard and is quiet from street traffic. Shops and a supermarket are within easy reach, and public transportation is close by.
