Juventas (LGBTIQ+ Drop-in Centre)

Juventas is a Podgorica NGO founded in 1996 that works on health, harm reduction and human rights. Since 2011 it has run Montenegro's LGBTIQ+ Drop-in Centre together with Queer Montenegro, Asocijacija Spektra (a trans-led group) and Stana (LBTQ women): a community space with information, condoms, HIV and STI prevention and psychological support. Juventas also offers free, anonymous HIV testing and counselling. The centre was attacked twice in 2022, so its location isn't advertised. Contact Juventas through juventas.me or by phone before you visit; don't just turn up.
