We were told we had the wrong jacket tag, even though we only had one. And even though we knew exactly what was in the jacket pockets, we received no help. As a result, we had to wait over two hours in the cold until the club closed, hoping the jacket would turn up so we could go home. Very unfriendly, and we will definitely not be returning to this club/bar. The service was particularly terrible.

Just got robbed and the nasty security blamed me. Absolutely horrible staff! Stay at home.

Horrible! Paid for drinks that we never got 😒 tried to reason with them and couldn’t even listen to us, the stuff is quick to play victim and that was a bad experience

They wouldn't let my friend and I in because we got denied next door at NYX. My friend borrowed a jacket from the woman ahead of us in line because he was wearing a t-shirt, it was raining, and he was cold. Apparently we were trying to "help her get in" by borrowing her jacket in the rain. not recommended

Absolutely will go back again 👍 The people who work there are so nice and respectful... Bathroom clean and the drink are good I recommend the Aperol 🍹 it's a bit expensive for a cocktail but still worth it since the glass is big
