Far too expensive. Not as Steen og strøm once was

I have only made one online purchase through Steen & Strøm, but I don't think I will purchase from their online store again. The customer service experience was surprisingly disappointing. I made a purchase online, and I paid an additional fee to have the order shipped to a home address. Instead, Steen & Strøm shipped the order to my billing address on the other side of the country. Even though I brought this to their attention, they would not ship the purchase to the original address until they received the original item back, which would have taken a long time.

Today I bought some products in the cosmetics department on the 1st floor and as always, I was seen and greeted as a customer, in a very good way. The employees at Steen% Strøm are particularly good at service and this applies to all departments, but I would like to highlight the cosmetics department, here you get fantastic service. Always shop here because of this.

Department store in Oslo. It's not very big and the options are mostly focused on clothing and beauty products. I missed having departments such as: bookstore, stationery, bedding, and kitchenware.

I simply fell in love with beautiful Oslo.

Good
