Lambda Warsaw

Lambda Warszawa is one of Poland's longest-running LGBTQ+ organisations, based in an office at Żurawia 24a in central Warsaw, a few minutes from the Centrum metro stop. It is a community and support organisation rather than a venue: it runs a helpline, psychological and legal counselling, support groups and volunteer projects for LGBTQ+ people. For visitors it is mostly useful as a point of contact. If you need help, information or a way into Warsaw's community life beyond the bars, check its website for current group meetings and office hours before turning up, since the premises are an office and not a drop-in space. The annual Equality Parade is organised separately, by another group.
