We visited the wine tasting at Herdade Foz de Rapresa yesterday and had the most amazing experience! The level of care, attention, and time dedicated to us as guests truly exceeded all expectations. We enjoyed a selection of delicious wines, and the petiscos were not only incredibly tasty but also very generous—everything was perfectly thought out. Even our two boys (aged 6 and 4) were wonderfully taken care of. They were treated to fresh juices, fruit, and—so sweetly—the team had even hidden Easter chocolates and eggs for them. Such a thoughtful touch! We spent a beautiful, relaxed afternoon and will definitely be coming back. This is an absolute must-visit for anyone who loves great wine, delicious food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Raymond and Nelson, thank you so much!

We had an absolutely unforgettable experience with HFR - Wine Experiences & Memorable Events! 😍 The wine tasting itself was a highlight: incredible wines, carefully selected, top quality, and perfectly paired. The food was equally amazing – beautifully presented, fresh, and delicious. Even the leftovers from our platter were thoughtfully packed for breakfast the next morning – such a lovely touch! What truly makes this experience special are the hosts: full of passion, joy, and heart, their enthusiasm is contagious and makes the entire day unforgettable. The location is stunning – we enjoyed a breathtaking sunset and woke up to a magical sunrise right from our van. 🌅🌄 And the best part? The value for money is unbelievable. For quality, experience, and service, you feel completely spoiled and get far more than expected. In short: if you love exceptional wines, amazing food, warm-hearted hosts, and a beautiful location, this is the place to be. We wholeheartedly recommend HFR and can’t wait to come back! 🥂

We absolutely loved our experience here and would love to come back! The hosts spoke fluent English and Portuguese & more! They were knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about the wines of this incredible region. The wines were well selected and delightful. Highly recommend. And the property…wow! Just beautiful & a lot more development to come in the near future.

We arrived in our campervan and had a wonderful time in a beautiful setting with excellent wine and very good food. Raymond and Nelson were perfect hosts. We would love to come back.

Let's highlight a special stop. It's HFR - Wine Experiences & Memorable Events between Mértola and Beja. Dutchman Raymond and Portuguese Nelson have taken over an abandoned hotel with 10 hectares of land, which they plan to gradually renovate. They're hosting a fantastic tasting, with Nelson making the snacks (petiscos) and Raymond sharing wonderful stories about the building and the wines. It was a wonderful evening! We'll also be ordering breakfast later. A camping spot costs 15 euros and there's a toilet; otherwise, you're self-sufficient.

What a wonderful place. Just a beautiful location. Their vision for the future is exciting. For now we will have to settle for great wines, amazing cheeses and world class service.

We stayed a couple of nights in our Motorhomes , Raymond and Nelson were polite and welcoming , kept in touch till we got there to assist us , We stayed Christmas eve and it’s so peaceful decided to stay longer, so tranquil and beautiful here we will defo come again ,thank you for having us ❤️❤️Your place is beautiful ❤️

I dont have words for what an incredible experience this was. We were here in the off season, so we got very personalized one on one time with the owners. The guys who run this wine experience have something so very special. Raymond knows all about the local vineyards, the terroir, the vintage produced, he is an expert. I felt so cared for and catered to, its a "once in a lifetime " experience. The food is incredible, locally sourced, organic, seasonal. Nelson is a magician able to sourced unique flavors, untamperred with, unfusy and very top quality food to pair with their local wines. We will be back, we will bring all our family and loved ones to this gem, you will not regret all of your moments here. If I could give 6 stars I would

Well and true to it's word, an absolute hidden gem! We had THE most incredible experience at HFR, from the wine to the food, the atmosphere and the hosts - Raymond and Nelson, the whole thing was truly an unforgettable experience. Second to none. So accommodating, warm, welcoming, cosy. They made us feel right at home and all we did was just taste wine and eat incredibly delicious food! Thank you so much.
