Staff really nice and kind The room was nice and clean We stayed for 5 days and the staff came every day around noon to see if we needed anything We had wifi, TV The only "inconvenient" we had was that we had to open the window the evening when we'd came back to the room but it's was nothing bothering

A rather strange establishment. We stayed four nights and were not given housekeeping despite our request! We had to leave the windows open day and night because of the unpleasant odors. We didn't encounter any staff except at reception. No Wi-Fi, no breakfast...zero service.

The hotel is on the motorway around Dundee, a bit far from the city center but well located if you're traveling by car. It's what you'd expect from an Ibis, with friendly staff and, honestly, the most comfortable bed I've found in Scotland.

This is a place where you get what you paid for. I visited whilst in the area for work. The rooms are exactly what is expected from an Ibis budget. Quite tired but still had a comfy bed and a hot shower.

Terrible experience, dirty place. Not clean, smelling of dog urine throughout the room and bathroom, plus hair everywhere. Run away from this hotel, it's a trap!! A horror…!!!

the single beds in the twin rooms are very narrow, almost as wide as my shoulders making it difficult to manoeuvre without falling out of bed, would of clipped the 2 together but not possible. breakfast terrible value for money, use the m&s on the garage forecourt nearby, you'll get more bang for your buck

Exactly what it says on the tin, a budget hotel. Room was clean, but it had seen better days. Hannah was very friendly and helpful. Lots of free parking. Hotel is dog friendly.
