Diskoterapija je zdravilna združitev giba in glasbe oziroma prostor za prosti ples. August Adrian Bratz nas bo razplesal s svojim izborom funky/disko glasbe iz celega sveta, s katero bomo lahko razplesali vse kar se v nas nabira. Na tak način lahko krepimo svojo samozavest, bolje spoznavamo sebe in se posledično lažje spoprimemo z izzivi, ki nam jih prinaša življenje. Glasbeno-gibalna terapija v svojem bistvu spodbuja zdrav način gibanja, razvija čuječnost in s tem zaznavanje našega telesa ter krepi našo kondicijo in koordinacijo.

music-movement therapy
Discotherapy is a healing fusion of movement and music, offering a space for free dance. By focusing on music selected live by August Adrian Braatz, we’ll attempt to use body movement to express the emotions that the music evokes within us. In this way, we can boost our self-confidence, get to know ourselves better, and consequently cope more easily with the challenges that life brings us. At its core, music-movement therapy encourages a healthy way of moving, develops mindfulness and thus the perception of our body, and strengthens our fitness and coordination.
