DD's Bar

DD's Bar has one clear advantage over its Santa Faz neighbours: space. Its open, cafe-style terrace offers more seating than most of the street combined, which makes it the default meeting point when your group is bigger than a bar stool. The offer shifts with the clock - hot drinks and an easy pace in the afternoon (it opens at 3pm on Fridays and Saturdays), cocktails and a livelier hum as the village fills after dark. The crowd is the classic Benidorm village mix of locals, British regulars and holiday first-timers. At number 23 it sits mid-strip on Calle Santa Faz, between the Bears Bar-KUMA cluster and the Papagayo end, making it almost impossible to walk the village without passing its tables - which is rather the point.
