The best hotel I stayed at in Ibiza. Location, room quality, infrastructure, and the staff's helpfulness (they sort everything out): tickets, car rental, beach towels, taxis, etc. But all of this wouldn't be fantastic without the warmth and kindness of the staff. Mr. Owner, if you're reading this, please give a raise to Guadalupe, Elena, Susana, and the young woman from Córdoba, Argentina, who works at reception. Special mention also to Antonio at reception in Hall A, and to Kely, who works at breakfast and in the restaurant. Incredible hotel. COME HERE.
Perfect hotel!! Very good and helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast was satisfactory and the girls at the service were helpful. We could not miss the reception who gave us a lot of useful information and tips for our entire trip. The location is ideal (2 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes from large s/m chains, bus stop outside). We highly recommend it 😁
Spacious, modern, and clean apartments. Excellent breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The best part is the complimentary shower they let you take on the day you leave the hotel so you can make the most of your time at the beach.
We've rarely been treated so well. We brought our dog and they took care of her at all times. They gave us recommendations for things to do on the island. They were incredibly thoughtful. When we return to Ibiza, we'll definitely stay at this hotel again.
Excellent experience. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay, always willing to help. The breakfast was varied and of good quality, and the facilities were in perfect condition. The location was also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
I stayed here for a few days in May and immediately felt at home. The rooftop terrace with its pool and stunning view was simply fantastic, especially in the evenings. Breakfast and the location were also superb, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I would definitely come back again :)
We were a large group staying in several rooms at the hotel. All the rooms were very clean and comfortably furnished, the breakfast was very plentiful, and the entire team was extremely welcoming and understanding! We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!
