Although it's a new hotel, it's kept in perfect condition, and the service from all the staff is excellent, especially from Lucrecia, who gave us a warm welcome from the moment we walked through the door, and continued to do so throughout the following days. Perhaps as a suggestion, they could tone down the air freshener a bit, but that's just how it is with each hotel.

Constructive criticism: Meliá needs to hire a maintenance manager next year who actually understands the job. I've seen how the current staff have ruined guests' rest by drilling next to their rooms or in the spa for minor tasks, leading to complaints and recordings, for example, from room 004 or the spa. They also fail to schedule room maintenance and bang incessantly on doors to request work. For a hotel of Meliá's caliber and with the type of clientele it attracts, all of this is completely unacceptable.

Very neat, clean, and nice hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff, from the cleaners to the general manager. It's just a shame that not everyone speaks English very well, but all the more reason to learn Spanish 😁. I had booked a tiny room, but they gave me an upgrade I hadn't counted on, so I thought that was very thoughtful. The upgraded room was much bigger than a tiny room and had a view of the front with the pool. Very nice. During the day, they play music there that I happen to like (a mix of house and dance, I would say). I only found it a pity that certain dishes from the menu couldn't be ordered, but the Sky bar made up for it for me anyway. Beautiful view of the sea, the nearby boulevard, and the old town.

For example, several reviews mention a "lovely team." • Breakfast seems to be very popular: good quality and a varied selection, providing a great start to the day. • Spa and wellness facilities are available: the hotel offers a spa, water circuit, and massages, which is a plus for a relaxing stay. 🎯 My verdict To sum it up: the MiM Ibiza hotel is a great choice for a stay in Ibiza, especially if you're looking for a stylish, well-located place with a chic yet relaxed atmosphere, and you value design, a comfortable breakfast, and a spa experience. However, if you prioritize room size, absolute tranquility, or a more modest budget, you might want to consider other options. Personal rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️ I'm giving it 5 stars because its strengths are numerous and compelling.

A hotel with pretensions, but it's just another one without anything special. I stayed two days before it closed and the room was missing some amenities, etc. We didn't even take any pictures of the hotel.

Responsive, understanding, and top-notch staff. The rooms are perfect for a great time, with a very comprehensive buffet. Very well located between the city center and Platja den Bossa beach. And a spa to round off the perfect stay. I'll be back, I highly recommend it 😎
