When we arrived at our apartment, we opened the door to find it dirty and uncleaned. Then, when we went down to reception, they changed it for an even worse one that didn't have a terrace, but rather a tiny, narrow balcony where not even a chair could fit. So, all the apartments had a good terrace except ours. In short, what poor management!

Considering they delete reviews that aren't relevant to them, that already says a lot. We could 'understand' that due to the Covid issue they had to postpone the reopening, but they shift the blame from one to another and the only response is, "We're sorry for the inconvenience, we gave weeks' notice." By 'coincident', they gave us one week's notice. The management and the way they dealt with it are lamentable. They say they're about to open, and we walked past to see, and it looked anything but like they were preparing to open. And on top of that, they post on social media that they're open... Very unprofessional.

They cancelled our reservation the day before... how embarrassing!

Great price, well located, excellent facilities, great atmosphere!
