We ordered two bathtubs; everything was clear and agreed upon. They were promised they would be ready by a certain date. A month before the date, they stopped answering the phone. We finally managed to get through, and they said they didn't have enough time. Beware! Completely unreliable.

For over 3 months I have been attempting to, unsuccessfully have our sauna completed. Esteban and his son Alvaro, who sold the sauna for our home refuse to answer calls and messages. They provided an incorrect product and despite our repeated requests to PAY to change the incorrect product refuse to do so. We are now left with something we did not want and have to find another provider to correct the mistake. Stay away from this company. If you have any issues Esteban will disappear like the wind and you’ll never hear from him again. Very disappointed, he seemed like a nice person.

Esteban is a craftsman who enjoys finishing the sauna with every detail and every client's request. Today is my first time in my sauna. He hasn't stopped until every detail is finished with exceptional attention. I feel very at ease.

I'm very happy with the sauna. The finishes are top-notch, and the staff are very professional.
