They should withdraw their subsidies; it's increasingly operating like a private clinic rather than an NGO. They've refused to perform tests on me more than once, imposing deadlines and charging for certain tests—conditions that are practically impossible to meet. They contribute to the neglect and spread of STIs, I suppose to boost the business of private clinics.

They treated me so well! If you have any questions, just ask and they'll help you. I love them and give them a 10!

The best experience so far in resolving health issues. I wish the public healthcare system were this fast, efficient, and attentive. Special mention goes to Víctor, the receptionist, who was incredibly friendly, kind, and clear, and to Dr. Marta Teresa, an excellent professional.
