I've been traveling for 35 years, averaging over 50 nights per year, and I must say I've rarely found a hotel with such an enthusiastic and customer-focused team! The entire staff, starting with the Manager, makes you feel right at home. It's no wonder, because while I said you "rarely" find such enthusiastic staff, I must say I've NEVER seen a Manager so involved, even going so far as to cover daily needs and take on tasks like waiting tables! The biggest value is the staff. Fantastic location, good live music on the roof, cozy place. Total relaxation including the spa.

My sister and I went to a spa circuit. We decided to get a massage; I personally have a stiff neck, and I have to say the massage was fantastic. Afterward, we went to the water area. The water area was very well maintained and varied; it was a true spa experience. Highly recommended!

A magnificent experience at the spa. Small but very complete, with thoughtful touches like fresh orange water, a bathrobe, and a towel. Afterwards, I had booked a relaxing massage, which was absolutely divine; Lorena's hands were unbeatable. The changing rooms are meticulously equipped with high-quality toiletries, a hairdryer, a diffuser, and more. From the moment I entered the spa until I left, the service was impeccable. Without a doubt, a highly recommended haven of peace in the heart of Sitges.

Rooms are dated and need work, lobby is nice. You also get charged €1 for each coffee you make using the coffee machine provided. Terrible gym. Had to ask each time at reception for water/coffee at the bar because bar person was nowhere to be seen.

Great stay at the MIM Stges. Stayed here with my daughter. Suoer friendly front desk staff & rooftop bar staff. Amazing views from roof top bar and pool area and superb service. The gym was nice & it was close to everything.

A very positive experience at this hotel during a seminar. The reception and restaurant staff are professional and very friendly. The location right next to the beach is a real plus. The rooms are modern and comfortable.

I called to make a reservation for lunch for my wife's and my anniversary, and when we arrived, they told us there were no tables available. We were quite shocked because it was a very important day for both of us. It really didn't make up for it at all. A waiter politely acknowledged their mistake, but my wife was very upset because it was such a special day for us. I don't think they'll ever go back.

A wonderful stay at MiM Sitges! It was our first holiday with our baby, and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel. We have been to Sitges many times and have stayed at the Melia Terramar, but decided to choose the MiM because of the location. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the start. The room was comfortable, and we requested a cot, which was already in the room when we arrived. The little extra touches in the room were lovely, too. The facilities were great, from the rooftop bar and pool to the indoor pool in the spa with a hydrotherapy circuit. The breakfast was good; although the buffet was continental, the added a la carte option for pancakes, eggs, and bagels was great (especially as someone with intolerances). Some parts of the hotel needed a little bit of attention, but the hotel manager mentioned they are in the process of renovating the hotel later this year; regardless, we will be back to stay again. A special thank you to Alex, Laura, and Jesus for making our trip special.

Can’t say this is the most modern hotel in the sense of its facilities and rooms, but personnel and their kindness - that was something outstandingly warm and welcoming. Laura, thank you so much!
