When contacted, the staff were friendly and helpful. We wish the room itself and other areas were cleaner. The soap in the toilet was gone and the toilets were clogged. Two hooks on the door to hang outerwear, it had to be fifteen at breakfast, you had to move your clothes to the bed to be able to sit on the chair. Consider having more hooks in the room and toilet and shower.

Responsive, poor service, but close to Elmia.

Simple and cheap place with a good location and frequent local transport outside the hotel. Very nice reception staff, met all our needs upon contact. Clean and good toilets and showers. Something you would like in the room, were hooks to hang clothes on. Simpler standard in the rooms, but good value for money.

Due to car trouble on our way home, we chose this hotel. A quick phone call and we had a room with a bathroom. We were very satisfied with the room and the service. The kitchenette was adequately equipped and the bathroom was perfectly fine. There were no problems with our dogs either; everything went smoothly.

Suspicious to say the least, maybe a new strategy to get better reviews? To describe this nightmare stay, we'll play a game. Three things that are not available at Hoom home hotel Jönköping: Heating in the room, soundproofing as you can hear your neighbor's every step, cleaners?. Three things that are available at Hoom home hotel Jönköping: Dirty room as if it were a trap (shit on the floors?) Creeps in the rooms and a radiator in the bathroom as the only source of heat besides the bed linen that was adorned with hair. Last and first time at Injoy Classic Hotel Elmia or Hoom Hotel. Ps Customer service would be happy to hear from you regarding your money back requests:,(

Very friendly staff. Good value for the money

The hotel is good for the price, but it had spiders and a cobweb, and I couldn't sleep because of it. So I hope to pay more attention.

Hey, it was generally fine but there's a major safety hazard in room B308 - a screw is protruding from the floor right next to the ladder to the upper bed. It's a disaster waiting to happen. There was noone at reception at checkout + I couldn't find your email so I'm letting you know here, please fix this asap

The room was well-equipped, but unfortunately the toilet and shower were in the hallway. The gentleman at reception was unfriendly. Unfortunately, I couldn't open the window in the room because it triggered the alarm system, and suddenly the cleaning lady appeared in my room completely unannounced! Absolutely unacceptable!

Very nice facilities such as toilets, showers etc. and the rooms are fresh and nice, the accommodation is located so that it is easy to turn off from the E4. Convenient with parking right outside the accommodation. From the hotel it is very easy to get in and out of the city center. The staff is incredibly accommodating and was very helpful when I wanted to extend my stay and late check-in was resolved without any problems. Highly recommend!
