Atemlos

Atemlos opened on Bergsgatan 29 at the end of January 2026 and gave Malmö a permanent gay bar again, after Red Shoe Bar and Bee Bar both shut in 2022. The name is German for "breathless", and the team, who also run Grisen and Draken, modelled it on casual late-night Hamburg bars. Expect DJs at weekends and quiz, karaoke and party nights earlier in the week. It opens Wednesday and Thursday from 18:00 to midnight and Friday and Saturday until 03:00; Sunday to Tuesday it is closed. House rules are clear: zero tolerance for harassment, and you can ask the bar for an "Änglashot" to discreetly alert staff if someone is bothering you. It is a short walk from Triangeln station in Rådmansvången.
