🌟 Excellent Stay at the Hotel ALPENBLICK in Bern! I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it! From the moment I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to get to. The hotel is ideally located with remarkably easy access to public transport. The access system is very modern and efficient: whether for the hotel, the room, or the parking, everything is managed with a digital code, making arrival and departure extremely smooth and independent. Despite the absence of a traditional reception desk, the customer service is absolutely exceptional, very professional, and remarkably responsive. I had a minor request, and it was handled immediately and courteously, demonstrating that guest comfort is a priority. Finally, the cleanliness is impeccable. The room was spotless and meticulously clean, providing a very pleasant environment for rest. This hotel is perfect for those seeking independence, efficiency, and excellent customer service, all within a spotlessly clean and well-connected environment. I will definitely return!

THE BEST HOTEL FOR FAMILIES IN BERN! We stayed 4 nights at the hotel and had the XXL apartment (we are 5 persons). the apartment is new and modern , with equipped kitchen. all was great!. the staff is very helpful and any request was regarded with warm smile! we will com back for sure!

The location was so close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and the rose garden. You can walk to old town in 15 minutes or take the bus. Service was fantastic. Loved the coffee cart outside.

Simply fantastic, it has everything: a comfortable bed, space, a coffee machine with capsules included... clean, equipped with every comfort, super friendly and helpful staff, incredible value for money. What more could you want?

Everything about our stay was outstanding! Service was exceptional and very friendly. We loved the associated businesses - Natalie’s coffee truck outside and the friendly owners at Hello Darling, the restaurant behind. There were dry bags in the room making a float down the river easy and fun. We got the family XL room which had a double bunk bed - perfect for the four of us. Don’t forget to check out the beehives and barber shop- a fun concept for the hotel. We loved the surrounding neighborhood, great restaurants and bars and the local soccer stadium. We extended our stay from 1 to 2 nights and definitely plan to return.

Extremely clean, comfortable and peaceful, with everything we needed. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Hotel is an easy bus ride, or a very pleasant walk, from the center of Bern. Would definitely stay here again.
