My wife and I were at the SPA on 25.02.26, not the first time, usually everything was good. But this trip left a negative impression. 1 sauna broke down, the other was booked until the evening, the Roman one worked only once. For the full price you get 2 times less opportunities to relax. And most importantly, the massage, I asked the administrator to provide a masseuse who can do a good sports massage, there are those who can do it, but instead I got a very bad massage, very "peculiar", without working out the muscles. It felt like they were just trying to squeeze me out. For almost 1500 UAH it's terrible. My wife got a professional masseuse, she is satisfied. But I'm not sure that I will ever use the services of a masseuse there again.

I was with my boyfriend yesterday (02/25/26). I really liked both the room and the spa. We visited almost all the baths and pools. The atmosphere of peace and relaxation all around - birds singing, water flowing, dimmed lights. You rest both your brain and body from everything around. We went for a massage (19:15), unfortunately I don't know the name of the masseuse girl, but she is an angel! She relaxed my body so sensually and so skillfully. All the lymph and tense muscles thanked her))) The reviews here are different, but this spa hotel is worth the money. Now everyone is exhausted, it is difficult for many to go abroad and relax somewhere, so I recommend it to everyone who just wants to be somewhere where there is peace and quiet!

We spent a Valentine's Day weekend here. The overall impression is mixed, but with a desire to return. Unfortunately, the room was not prepared in advance for our check-in. It is nice that they compensated for the situation with a bottle of champagne - this is a nice gesture and a sign of attention to the guests. For February 14, we planned to have dinner in the hotel restaurant, but it turned out to be closed due to a private event (not for all guests). We were not warned about this in advance, so our plans changed, and we had to have dinner in bathrobes in the SPA area. It was not quite the festive atmosphere we had hoped for. The SPA and fitness area are open until 10:00 PM, but at 9:00 PM we were refused table tennis rackets. Quite a strange decision for a hotel of this level - when the area is still formally open, but guests are limited in their ability to use the service. Pros: • There is parking; • Breakfast is quite good and tasty; • the staff is friendly and hardworking; • the SPA area is generally pleasant to relax in. As for the room stock, it unfortunately looks unupdated (at least for the last 5 years). There is also a noticeable saving on basic things: single-layer toilet paper, during our stay the gel and soap ran out - we had to ask for a refill. A separate point is the lack of soundproofing in the standard room: it is comfortable to sleep, but it feels like the windows are open - you can hear the street. At the same time, it is worth saying that it is extremely difficult to maintain such a large business during a war. And in general, the hotel copes - it works, receives guests, maintains service. There are moments that need attention, but we will still come back.

09.02.26 visited the SPA. There are no questions about the spa itself - everything is clean, tidy and the quality is on par. There is a restaurant in the spa, I decided to visit before leaving and I didn't make a mistake... We ordered Caesar salad, braised cheeks, chicken pate and two glasses of wine. My girlfriend tasted the pate and was surprised that it didn't taste like the one I usually get there (she often visits), as if it had "fermented". She let me taste it and I agreed. They called the waiter, I asked what you add to the pate, because it is unusual (not in a good way). The waiter smiled and said that there are many things (jam, etc.). Well, okay... I tasted half a loaf of bread with it, when he came back and said that truffle sauce was added and it can give such a taste, he suggested replacing it with hummus, we refused. I finished the loaf of bread with the pate and didn't eat any more, because the aftertaste was terrible. As a result - vomiting for 3 hours:( this taste of pate will be with me tomorrow for sure:) It's a shame, I liked the spa so much and such an unpleasant surprise in the restaurant.

Unfortunately, the attitude is really rude as soon as you come in, the feeling that you are clearly not welcome) Spa from the 2000s, for such money the infrared zone looks ridiculous, there are no relaxation areas except for drinking tea at all. They built a new pool but it is not included in this price, there the price is 25 UAH -1 min, which is very ridiculous. If you just need the temperature in the bathhouse, you can come, but if you are for aesthetics, comfort and modernity, this is clearly not the place

Congratulations! I am infinitely grateful to Roman, who on 01/29/2026 picked up the phone at 12:48 and my request helped me get to the SPA Center. For someone, these are trifles) And for me, when I travel from another city, for a scheduled procedure and always with a navigator, it was really humane and much-needed help. Because, halfway through, the navigator stopped working and only Roman's accurate recommendations oriented me in space and I arrived almost on time for my "Pearl Care" procedure, which relieved my stress and gave me back my strength. Thank you to the masseur. Thank you to everyone in general, that you and we are people, we can warm up in this difficult time and take care of ourselves 🤝🫶

Interesting place, there was not enough time to visit everything. I recommend it.

I went to a spa with a friend. Everything was wonderful and I liked everything except the massage. My massage was given by a woman named Ksenia. Five to seven minutes into the massage, I felt pain on my back. I asked her, "What's wrong there? It hurts," and she rudely replied, "That's a stupid question. It's your muscles!" I just didn't want to ruin my mood because I'd been in a good mood before, and another 20-25 minutes passed, and suddenly she stopped and rudely said again, "Man, I understand you're a very strong man, but can you relax?!" I said, "Woman, I'm trying to relax, but how can I relax if you're massaging me and you're nervous?" And that's not how you should talk to patients. I understand that you may have a lot of people and a demanding job, but that's no excuse for being rude and nervous! I came to relax, not to start a scene!!! Well, after this unpleasant situation, I just finished the massage in silence and that was it! It's a good thing the massage was almost 4:00 PM, otherwise it would have ruined my whole day. And everything else was good.

We were there for the second time. And I really liked it the second time 🤗 Polite staff. The room has everything you might need. Everything is also branded. There is a guarded parking lot for cars. Breakfasts are great🫶🏻 We were there on January 10 and 11, the hotel is decorated very nicely. They really lifted my mood🤩 There was light. I really liked the snow room, the Roman sauna, the salt room in Aurum, the Japanese... I liked everything! Thank you! Thank you!
