Good afternoon. Yesterday (05.06.2026) my son and I visited the Spa complex. It was our second time. We liked everything. The cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and their skill were at the highest level. I am especially grateful to the masseuse Lyudmila. We will come again with pleasure.

Nice hotel, but there are minor flaws-moments! Pay attention to the rooms on the 3rd-4th floor, shower cabins and jacuzzi drain system! I would like to separately note the restaurant and the waitress Marina! A pleasant, bright girl who performs her duties perfectly, a person in her place, but deserves more! I ask the management-owners to note this employee! At the reception, Tatyana, a beautiful, pleasant girl, a bright person in such dark, difficult times! Girls, keep it up, good salaries to you, and career growth! Thank you!

My husband and I decided to celebrate our anniversary at Tsunami Spa Hotel. It was our first time here. Let me start by saying that even before we arrived, we were bothered by calls twice to clarify our arrival time, although we had already confirmed that we would be there after 2:00 PM. To be honest, it seemed unnecessary and a bit intrusive. The room (standard) is generally good: spacious, clean, with high-quality bedding. The curtains darken the room well. But we got a room with a window almost against the wall, so there was practically no natural light. The bathroom has the perfect number of towels, everything is fine here. Of the minuses: in the bathroom there is only a “2-in-1” product (shower gel + shampoo). For a hotel of this level, this looks strange. I specifically did not take my own products, counting on a basic set, which is usually available even in lower-category hotels - so keep that in mind. The soundproofing is very poor - you can hear literally everything: from messages on the phone in neighboring rooms to the noise from the banquet hall. For relaxation, this is a significant minus. The staff is friendly and tries to help, but not all issues are resolved. For example, the TV in the room does not have access to the Internet, and you can only connect your devices with Android or Windows. There are no options for Apple users (HDMI is also missing). Although this is not so critical. The library of Russian literature on the third floor was particularly unpleasant, although perhaps this should have been expected from an institution that greets you with the inscription "Welcome" on the room cards (in Russian and English, without Ukrainian). I recommend taking a look at the Book Set from Vivat Classics (17 books) or the Book Series - Ukrainian Poetic Anthology from A-ba-ba-ga-la-ma-ga, which look simply incredible. I liked the SPA area in general: interesting locations, good massage. The restaurant is ambiguous: my husband didn’t like the food, I was more fortunate. The breakfasts were better, even orange juice was served individually. It’s great that you can take a walk nearby, or visit some establishments. In conclusion: the rest was not bad, but the feeling of a five-star hotel, unfortunately, did not arise.

Mixed feelings :) I booked a room, they call us and ask us to come half an hour later, because they don't have time to clean the room. I ask if we can check out later in the morning - they say no :) There's a queue at the reception. We were almost the first, other people were already standing like a living queue right at the door 🙄 We go into the room, they're still cleaning there. The cleaning lady starts telling us how she got tired of it all, how she wants to quit, how there aren't enough people. Do we really need to know this? The rooms are already tired. They used to be wow, now they're irrelevant. The spa is big and cool, although the interior also needs to be refreshed - a kind of 2000s chic) We took half board, so it's not worth it. Dinner was tasteless, there's not much choice on the menu. The steak is greasy. The Greek salad is also a lot of butter. Breakfast is good, take only breakfast if you stay overnight. In the evening it was noisy from the company in the neighboring wing until 11:30 PM, and it also smelled of marijuana (there was a terrace nearby). We had to contact the reception several times because of the noise. Overall, the impression was normal, because we went specifically for the spa, but there are nuances.
