I gave a low rating for the breakfasts. Very modest. Not very tasty. On the last day I came half an hour before the end, everything was already cold. The salad oil and knives were already removed. The cleaning lady is already running around the restaurant with a mop... The free coffee is terrible There is a large ventilation pipe outside the room window, there is constant noise in the room from it. No complaints about the hotel staff The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. There are slippers, bathrobes, a kettle, drinking water The lighting is cold, the night lamp is like a spotlight ( I think that the lighting in the sconces and night lamps should be warm.
Soundproofing is simply non-existent.
I chose this hotel precisely because of the underground parking. We booked 2 rooms and a parking space. Everything was great, but I would have liked a bigger locker and cleaner maids. Because it seems that in 5 days of daily cleaning, the washbasin was not washed even once (-1 star for service). But I am grateful to the one who ironed my daughter's shirt very well. But apart from that, everything is great: the staff is friendly and hospitable, the hotel is cozy and in a great location. This was important to me, because it was the first time I was showing Lviv to a guest from Europe, and he liked everything. Thank you very much to everyone.

A good hotel in the center, it is convenient that all the most important places are within walking distance. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Beautiful views from the window. Of the minuses - the lack of soundproofing, I slept badly the first night, because the neighbors were too noisy, you can hear every word.
I booked a room in advance for Valentine's Day, as soon as we entered the room we felt the warmth, everything is great with the heating in this hotel. The room is spacious, the staff is polite, although the check-out time was 12 (we overslept) we left closer to 13:00. No one knocked on the door or told us it was time to leave. I would love to visit this hotel again.
