The rest of the facilities are good, with underground parking and two elevators each for the office and the hotel. Prices are above average; I paid 4,300 UAH for two nights. The rooms are cleaned regularly, but there's no bidet and the refrigerator didn't work. You might want to consider other options among Lviv hotels.

I was at the hotel during the power outages. Thanks to the generator, I never felt any discomfort: the hotel always had light, hot water, and heating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very attentive and pleasant. The maids are very caring. The hotel's location in the very center of the city is very convenient! I will definitely return to Rius Hotel and recommend it to others!

We stayed for a short time. The room was clean, everything worked. No frills, but comfortable for an overnight stay.

The convenient location in the very center of the city allows you to quickly get to the Opera House, Svobody Avenue and other main attractions. The rooms are modern, clean and well-equipped: comfortable beds, high-quality bedding, silence and pleasant design create comfortable conditions for relaxation. The staff is polite, professional and always ready to help with any questions. Breakfasts are varied and delicious, with a good selection of dishes for different tastes. The hotel has an atmosphere of comfort and at the same time a high level of service, which corresponds to the declared category.

We wanted to book a room. Last time we booked a parking space with our stay. This year we were told that the underground parking was occupied. We asked if we could leave our car in front of the hotel - they said no, supposedly due to renovations. However, while walking near the hotel we saw that there were no renovations, and cars were parked there. It seems that some are allowed to park, while others are not. It would be more honest to say right away that all the spaces are occupied or reserved. Unfortunately, we were disappointed.

We will definitely stay here again. :) It is REALLY 2 minutes to the center! There is an Asian restaurant, where breakfast is served in the morning. There is parking for 250 UAH / day (but only if there are free spaces). They found us a 1st place for the 1st day, because we needed to recharge. :) Highly recommend. About the view from the window - it's a fairy tale to wake up with such a view. 🤩

Congratulations! The hotel is at a high level! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail: the smell, the atmosphere, the perfectly clean rooms. The girls-administrators are friendly. And your assistant in the reception area makes a very pleasant impression. Thank you for your hospitality.

The hotel is one of the best in Lviv. Location in the center, underground parking available (pre-booking, extra charge). The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is sufficient, a la carte.

This is not our first time staying here, but everything is great as always. Customer service is top notch. We arrived much earlier than check-in time, but the receptionist (unfortunately, I didn't remember her name) did everything to accommodate us, as she saw that we were with a small child. Very nice and sincere staff, everyone from security guards to maids. Very cool view from the windows this time! Thank you for the great service!

During group check-in, they forgot about my room, so I had to live separately from the group in a worse hotel than planned, because everything was already booked due to the conference. The location is not bad. Therefore, before going here, get confirmation that you will definitely have a room.
