Very clean and spacious room. Bed was very comfortable and facilties in the room were great. Hotel staff were friendly. Only stayed for one night but would definitely stay again. Hotel lobby was quiet, clean and tidy. Very happy with our stay.
Micheal was amazing, great service and made my evening. Great young man!
Came with a buddy to play pool was served by an absolute gentleman. I think he said his name was Troy. He was amazing, great service and genuinely nice person. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in the Ipswich area
Room was lovely, clean, modern and big! The staff were standout! They were so lovely at breakfast, super friendly and attentive to us. The breakfast was good too, eggs were cooked perfectly on request. The car park (not free) is small/medium size so if you’re coming in late you may not have a space but there’s a car park opposite too that you can also pay for
