Great service and lovely hotel

We stayed overnight to celebrate a birthday. The hotels is very well decorated. The room was spacious and well furnished. We all slept comfortably. In the morning, we went down for breakfast and Tony made us feel very welcome. The food selection was great and plentiful - both the hot and cold food options. We ordered an omelette, pancakes and a waffle. All were delicious. The staff are kind and professional. Tony has a special mention as he told us about the events around town, what is special to see and do and he even share a bit of local history with us. We had a fabulous short break and this property and its wonderful staff are highly recommended.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful. Have stayed here for several weekends and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of a trip to Ipswich. It’s just a 12min walk to the station and a few mins for the city centre.

Stopped by the Novotel just for a drink and had a really pleasant experience. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind for a bit. Even though we didn’t stay long, the environment felt comfortable and well looked after, with a nice, easygoing vibe. It’s the kind of place you could happily spend more time in. Would definitely pop in again for a drink, a great spot if you’re looking for somewhere relaxing.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is excellent. We booked the room via the Accor website so it was excellent value.

A good hotel, but what truly sets it apart is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, supportive, and warm. It’s such a delight to feel genuinely cared for by people who clearly love what they do. I will definitely come back the next time I'm in Ipswich.
