Had an easy rest. Was greeted by Zeke who was helpful assisting me. Good stay for the night

Love staying here, Zeke was very helpful with sorting out the Aircon as I didn't understand how it worked, been here a few times and will keep coming back.

had a great stay at easyHotel Ipswich during a recent business trip. The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable — exactly what you need when you’re travelling for work. The location is also really convenient, making it easy to get around the area without any hassle. A special mention has to go to Ky, who was absolutely amazing. She couldn’t do enough to help, always had a contagious smile, and brought such a positive energy that genuinely made the stay even better. The rest of the team were also very good, friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout. Overall, it’s excellent value for money and ideal for business travel. I’ll be in the area for a few more weeks and will definitely be extending my stay here for the rest of my trip. Highly recommended.

Hotel wss nice hayden checked me in grest loaction

I stay at this hotel regularly and always have a great experience. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, especially if you treat them with the same respect. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they’re always clean and tidy. The air conditioning works perfectly once you know how to use it properly. A special mention to Paul, who is always lovely and happy to recommend great nearby restaurants and attractions. Always a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Rubbish! They have no Cafe, no breakfast, no food, no service, just children running it and only 1 or 2 at the very most at a time in the whole place. It's a complete joke. The rude cleaning lady refused to let me use the lift because she was using it for her cleaning! ...complete joke. I will never stay there again. And they charge extra 10 pounds a night for dogs which I don't tell you And you don't get any breakfast for the same money as any other value chain that do give you breakfast. The windows are painted shut, so it's only air conditioning and no fresh air you rely on ...a bit like a prison?

I regularly use Ipswich Town Centre EasyHotel. I’ve always found the rooms affordable, very clean and comfortable. I made a booking mistake and Paul on reception kindly sorted out the problem for me without any fuss. The staff at Ipswich EasyHotel are very polite and professional. If you are looking for a town centre hotel in a good location I would highly recommend!

Room good but had ac fan on non stop could not sleep all night humming noise all night

Perfect location, nice and affordable and made all the better by Zeke lending me his charger as of left mine at home! 5*, will return
