Great staff very helpful & friendly- rooms are decent and a nice quiet location not far from Ipswich centre.

Bb-tv internet is tragic

Food was not tasty at all for the money they charge

I’m a big fan of this hotel group. For most customers it’s all about what we get for the price and there is no doubt in my mind that this is by far the best product on the market. The check-in process is smooth, the staff, often young, are really friendly and efficient, The rooms are great - Comfortable beds with great pillows and plenty of space, Large walk-in shower. Everything modern, clean and works. Check-in is 3 pm and checkout is midday - another ✅! Better than travel inn, Travelodge and a host of other independents that cost more. Well done guys. I’ve just joined your app and regular customer program.

Had a really good stay here when I was in the area for a wedding - very convenient to get to the station (5 mins). Rooms are modern, immaculately clean and very comfortable - smart TV, temp control, good pillows, hanging space, luggage storage.. I’ve stayed in much more expensive hotels which weren’t half as nice. Friendly staff and a decent breakfast was included - would definitely recommend if you need to stay in Ipswich!

The hotel itself was newly built. It’s clean and comfortable. Breakfast is mediocre. The hotel has a very small parking space, all cars and vans were crammed, yet we paid for whole night ticket, and in the morning the notice was on the car. We have no idea where we could park as there’s no instruction. Very disappointed. The receptionist in that morning was very unhelpful, the lack of customer support and valuing attitude was gross, therefore I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good Hotel, always able to park and room rates are generally good value for money and staff are great.
